  • Nutritious eating routine: Try to mantain eating regimen of adequate protein and vitamins. It is good to take vitamin supplements or include a fistful of nuts in your diet. It is important to include pulses, beans and vegetables in regular daily routine.
  • Pace Down: it is important to take enough time to transtion to normal life. You cannot jump in normal life.Understand warning signs and consult your doctor immediately. If you get prolonged fever, unexplained weightloss, persistent cough, shortness of breath or palpitations, you should consult your pulmonologist
  • Blood sugar control
  • Vaccination for flu and bacterial pneumonia
  • Pursue Covid appropriate behaviour including amsks and handwashing
  • Avoid self medications and overindulgence in kadhas and other spicy eatables
