Once one recover from COVID-19, battle is won but war is still on. Complete recovery and return to previous state of health is much longer process and requires commitment from both patient and the doctor.

Regular exercise routine: it is important to have regular exercise routine but it should be done in moderation. Post- Covid is not the time to strech your limits but to gradually improve your exercise capacity. Never do more than you body can take. Exercise as much that your are not short of breath or get palpitations. Walking can be an excellent exercise.
Nutritious eating routine: Try to mantain eating regimen of adequate protein and vitamins. It is good to take vitamin supplements or include a fistful of nuts in your diet. It is important to include pulses, beans and vegetables in regular daily routine.
Pace Down: it is important to take enough time to transtion to normal life. You cannot jump in normal life.Understand warning signs and consult your doctor immediately. If you get prolonged fever, unexplained weightloss, persistent cough, shortness of breath or palpitations, you should consult your pulmonologist

Vaccination for flu and bacterial pneumonia
Pursue Covid appropriate behaviour including amsks and handwashing
Avoid self medications and overindulgence in kadhas and other spicy eatables
